First of all, I want to thank Varune (L and Z Financial) for helping me and opening the doors for me and my family to our new home. He was a huge help throughout the entire purchase process. Before finding him, I had reached out to other lenders who either didn’t care about my situation, ignored me, or simply never called me back.
Varune was completely different — he explained that there are many ways to qualify for a mortgage and took the time to walk me through my options. Being self-employed, I was able to qualify with a Non-QM loan, and he made the process feel smooth, easy and possible. From the very first call, he was welcoming, knowledgeable, and confident, which gave me the reassurance I needed to move forward.
Even when I had concerns or doubts, Varune always told me not to worry, explained things clearly, and answered every question right away. His confidence and communication helped calm me down and gave me trust in the process. Thanks to him, everything went through quickly and smoothly.
